Rthirteen recruitment is currently working in partnership with a well-known Norfolk business in their recruit for a Customer Service Assistant. Joining the company's Customer Service team, your role will have you dealing with customer enquiries, engaging with customers, and maintaining excellent customer service at all times. You will be comfortable on the phone, can handle online chat and enjoys dealing with people from all walks of life.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual experienced in customer service, who is passionate about providing high levels of customer service, to join a company with established goals for the future and a real commitment to their employees.

*Please note this role requires you to work 1 to 2 weekends per month*

Your duties will include:

* Responding to a high level of inbound calls, providing advice on deliveries/orders.

* Answering customer's queries generated through online chat or email, in a timely and efficient manner.

* Staying up to date with the latest company products, services and promotions to be able to provide the correct information to customers.

* Communicating both verbally and in writing.

* Resolving customer disputes where necessary.

* Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times.

* Maintaining accurate records on the company system and supporting administration processes within the department.

* Liaising with other members of the department in order to ensure smooth communication.

* Creating and maintaining collaborative relationships in order to work effectively as part of the team.

You will have/be:

* Proven experience in a customer service position.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Passion for delivering excellent levels of service.

* Good IT skills.

* Ability to adapt in a fact paced environment.

* Self-motivated and driven approach to work.

This is a full time, permanent position working 9:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday and working 1 to 2 weekends per month. This role is based in East Harling, offering GBP20,000 - GBP23,000 dependant on experience.
