Senior Benefits Manager
You will join us as Senior Benefits Manager and you will champion the use of our Benefits Management Framework and provide expert advice and guidance to a wide range of stakeholders and functions across HM Land Registry.
Senior Benefits Manager Responsibilities:
You will support the Head of Benefits and wider team to further develop and sustain benefits management capability across the organisation. As part of the role, you will develop a close working relationship with the change network and actively identify and engage with key stakeholders to support identification of opportunities and to drive forward benefits realisation.
You will support ongoing organisational growth in benefits management capability, helping embed it as part of the 'the way we do things here'.
Senior Benefits Manager Requirements:
The ideal candidate would have knowledge and experience of benefits management within a portfolio context and support the identification and management of benefits realised from the transformation portfolio. You will hold an APMG Managing Benefits Practitioner level or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
In addition, you have will experience of working with key benefits management stakeholders to ensure benefits are identified, owned, understood, delivered and maximised. You can engage, advise and influence at all levels of an organisation, whilst projecting credibility and self-assurance. You must also have experience of shaping and maintaining a Benefits Management Strategy, preparing complex reports and business submissions, whilst providing sound recommendations.
