Customer Service Administrator

Exciting opportunity for strong administrator with great customer service skills to take on this newly created Customer Service Administration role, that is being offered as an 8 month FTC contract until August 2021.

As Customer Service Administrator you will be actively supporting (initially remotely (WFH) albeit there are plans afoot in line with national guidelines to return to some form of office based work during 2021) a vibrant, fast paced customer service team.

Duties include:

* Order management

* Following up claims and investigating disputes

* Helping to resolve queries on orders and returns

* Providing general support of any admin enquiries

* Assisting on the phone lines as necessary

You will be expected to build sustainable relationships with customer service team members and internal stakeholders and ensure timely communication in-line with customer service expectations and brand objectives. It is essential that you have the best interests of the Customer and Company at heart when handling and resolving all issues.

The successful Customer Service Administrator will possess first class admin and customer service skills and ideally have worked within a wholesale / manufacturing / distribution environment and therefore possess an understanding of supply chain activities.

Suit upbeat and enthusiastic administrator who is well organised, methodical, accurate and a great team player.

You must have a good knowledge of MS Office to include intermediate Excel and Teams.
