Lead UX Designer required by one of the fastest growing success stories in Brighton! We are searching for an established Lead UX Designer to work closely with the development, data, and product teams to continuously improve a sophisticated product. You'll appreciate the importance of world-leading Design/UX and how this can influence the end user. You'll be looking after a small team and be a real driving force behind the UX strategy.

Lead UX Designer Role requirements:

  • 4-5+ years of UX
  • Proven Line/Team management experience
  • Experience with user testing/user research
  • Proven experience using data to improve digital products
  • Adaptable with a great problem-solving mindset
  • You must also be able to share a portfolio of some of your work.
