We are seeking enthusiastic Administrators and Coordinators, ideally from an events, hospitality, promotions or logistics and transport planning background. Our client is providing Covid19 testing and medical protocol services to the film and media industry and needs adaptable administrators to join the team.

Working in a fast-paced and often demanding environment you will need bags of energy and enthusiasm that you can sustain while remaining cheerful and approachable to clients.

This new division of a well-established medical services provider is providing solutions to enable the film and media industry to continue with production. Due to the novel nature of the services provided, there is the need to flex, adapt and change, sometimes at short notice, so we need people who can think on their feet and are not a "this is not in my job description" type.

You need to be a people person. You will be dealing with a variety of people from production, catering and cleaning crews, through to medical staff, laboratory staff, and possibly the odd celebrity. You will have to sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) as you will be privy to medical check information and what goes on behind the scenes of filming.

As this role is people focussed we are looking for a bit of bounce, charisma and enthusiasm in all that you do. Even when that's mundane data input!

Working as a Concierge Desk Coordinator you will be an integral part of the administrative and customer relations part of the operation. You will be mainly based at the Ditton Manor site but may be required to attend location filming or other sites on occasions. For this reason, you must have a full driving licence and access to transport.

There is an attractive starting salary of GBP28,000 and there are good prospects for progression.

The role is full-time and you will be contracted to a 40 hour week that will be spread across 5 out of 7 days. Daily 8 hour shifts will be required with working hours between 6.00 am - 11.00 pm, Monday to Sunday. Please note that some weekend work will be expected on a rota basis.

The role will include:

* Coordinating the collection and delivery of swabs and test results to and from labs

* Data input of test dates, results and re-test schedules

* Liaising with medical staff and Project Managers to ensure inventory is maintained at workable levels

* Maintaining records and ensuring GDPR compliance and confidentiality

* Liaising with film industry personnel and associated support functions to ensure tests are completed to standard operating procedures

* Any tasks required as demanded by changes in requirements.

You will need:

* A flexible and adaptable, "think on your feet" approach

* Good organisation and administration skills

* Good IT literacy

* A full UK driving licence and own transport.
