Criminal Defence Solicitor - Duty Accredited

Criminal Litigation/Defence | Solicitor | Manchester | Salary Negotiable

We are a full-service law firm based in Manchester and have a long-established history. They are looking to specifically recruit within their already established Criminal Defence team.

Summary:

The firm has recently embarked upon an ambitious strategic plan. As part of their growth strategy they are looking to expand their busy Criminal Defence team. They are seeking to recruit an experienced Criminal Defence Solicitor who is experienced in attending Police Stations as well as Trials within the Magistrates Court. My client would also like someone who is capable of Crown Court Preparation and someone who can deal with their own admin.

The candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor (must be Duty Accredited)
• Commercially minded with business development skills to support plans for growth and develop your own career.
• Excellent technical, IT, client care and communication skills
• Able to lead on transactional and advisory commercial legal work, whilst knowing when to ask for supervision
• Self-motivated and professional
