Lead Housing Management Solicitor

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Housing Management Solicitor to support our Group Head of Legal Services to deliver a high performing and responsive service.




Within this role you’ll be responsible for:



Managing the Legal team; motivating staff to aspire to deliver the corporate plan and strategies and to continually develop and seek opportunities for personal development and growth.


Dealing with complex housing management cases (disrepair, nuisance, possession, injunction, succession, trespass etc).


Project work to include operational issues within the Landlord function and savings targets.


Building relationships with external contacts and making the best use of internal and external resources.




To be successful in this role you will have:



Significant experience of dealing with housing management cases.


A successful track record of achievement at managerial level in shaping and implementing legal service provision in a complex organisation.


A track record in delivering a central operational service which has resulted in measurable business benefits.




Please note, due to Covid19, this role will initially be based from home with some visits to the office. This role will move back to being office based when it is deemed safe to do so.
