Are you an experienced manager looking for a new opportunity? We are currently looking for a Support manager to join our team at Rosyth. We are looking for someone with a tenacious attitude that can get the job done!

This role will require someone with excellent communication skills and have the ability to travel within the Scotland & Northern Ireland region.

The main purpose of the role is to be able to manage a team of a staff, auditing, communicate with the customer and deputise for the Regional Operations manager in his absence. It's a very busy role and a busy region for Landmarc and would require someone who is very determined and have a strong background of managing people.

The successful person will ideally have a background in one of these areas - health and safety, management information or auditing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing a team of people
• Regional focal point for health and safety
• Manage the regional audit programme
• Manage the environmental system across the region (Scotland & Northern Ireland)
• Deputise for the Regional Operations Manager when they are absent
• Carry out activities across the region such as investigations, auditing, training, creating reports, and analysing management information

Knowledge:
• Knowledge gained through qualification such as NVQ in a relevant subject
• Working knowledge of Health and Safety including Level 3 IOSH or equivalent
• Knowledge of multi service delivery
• Knowledge of project work and delivery
• Knowledge of auditing systems

Essential Skills:
• Ensure appropriate quality standards are adhered to
• Planning and analysis skills
• Planning software experience
• Produce reliable management information and coordinate information
• Ability to manage budgets
• Be a strong and clear communicator at all levels
• Drive continuous improvement
• Performance manage teams
