Telesales Executive
Job Title: Telesales Executive - Remote, contacting our customers in Scotland
Reporting to: Sales Team Leader
Hours: 37.5 hours per week -Full Time 08:30 am to 4:30 pm working from office and home
Pay: GBP9.10 per hour with an average yearly commission of GBP7k to GBP10k (GBP17,800 per year) (for a committed telesales person) paid monthly
Candidate Summary:
The successful candidate will be a tenacious individual who will understand the importance to connect with our Scottish customers. They will have a can-do attitude and have the opportunity in this role to work remotely.
To ensure that targets and standards are achieved throughout each campaign and that the requirements of our Scottish customers/potential customers are being met.
Provide administrative support to the sales division and customers to complete the registration process.
This is a telesales role and the candidates are required to have some cold calling background. Excellent capability to connect and build rapport with our Scottish market. Also having excellent clear communications skills forms part of the requirements.
Main Tasks:
• To meet the agreed level of contact with new accounts as deemed necessary to increase levels of business activity, volume and revenues
• Achieve set targets and conversions of new business per sales campaign
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team Leader and team as requested
• Make telephone calls to Schools, Nurseries and Academies from an agreed list
• Identify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of product/s to secure new business
• To ensure that you have an in-depth knowledge of the schemes you are selling, competitor products and services in order to achieve the requirements of this role. Full training will be provided
• Ensure that the company internal/external customer care & equal opportunity policies are adhered to at all times
• Ensure that all clients fully complete the registration process
• Ensure that monthly objectives, as agreed with your line manager, are met
• Feed back to Sales Team Leader sales progress and any issues arising throughout given sales campaigns
• Assist other departments as and when required especially Operations Dept. at September time when no time is allowed for holidays
