Central Employment are thrilled to be working with a Print Communications business who are looking to expand their production team. I'm looking for candidates with experience in a supervisory capacity for a print-based business. You will be responsible for the output of the department, ensuring SOP's are followed to encourage on-time delivery.

40 hours per week on a banked hour contract

Standard hours are Dayshift 0730 - 1630 Monday to Friday,

Shifts: Earlies, back, lates and nights (Flexibility required)

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure personal and team KPI's are achieved

* Ensure quality standards are maintained and on time rules are adhered to

* Overseeing timesheets, any other job paperwork

* Identify any training needs of the team, with coaching and improvement at the forefront of the role

* Complete KPI review meetings with the team

* Act as a point of escalation for the team, resolve any issues and suggest new process improvements

* Ensure the safety and productivity of the team

* Maintain good housekeeping standards

* Empower team members to succeed

* Able to manage and coach a team

* Good literacy and numeracy skills

* Good communication skills

* Ability to work under pressure & to strict deadlines

* Committed and flexible team worker

* Adaptable to change and change in priorities

* Ability to be proactive and use initiative
