Branch Supervisor
This is an exciting career opportunity - Kent Blaxill is a long established independent builders' merchant with specialist decorating branches located throughout the east of England, offering a fantastic opportunity to manage and build a successful branch.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will help manage and motivate the team to achieve branch and company objectives. Delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, you will deal with customer queries in a prompt and effective manner, consistently meeting customer requirements. You will build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, merchandisers and other partners and help organise events and initiatives to promote good relations and sales development.
We're looking for an individual who has a strong customer focus and previous supervisory / team leader experience. With the ability to deliver results, you will be comfortable dealing with customers and closing sales whilst understanding how to manage and maintain stock levels.
Knowledge of decorative products is not essential as full product training will be provided. Candidates must hold a full driving licence.
