Location: Faversham Kent

Contract type: Long term

Start date: ASAP

Salary/Rate: GBP9 - GBP12 per hour

Hours: 07:30am to 5:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday (2 days per week)

Our client has an project! They require a Site Administrator with experience in site administration and is proactive and highly organised.

As a Site Administrator your duties will include:

Manage all filing and documentation
Uploading and downloading onto document management system
Providing secretarial and administrative support to Site personnel
Taking minutes at meetings
Chasing staff for documents to collate for reports
Meeting and greeting site visitors
Hospitality
Ordering stationary and general office supplies
Answering incoming calls and dealing with general enquires
Responsible for database of drawings to ensure it is meticulously kept up to date. You must have:

Site Administration experience
Computer savvy
Construction experience advantageous
Good communication skills
IT skills and working knowledge of online systems
Construction experience is preferred but not essentialWhat to do next:
