Novum Personnel are currently hiring on behalf of our client, a Business Consultancy Specialist, based in Middlesbrough, is currently hiring for Contact Centre Manager to lead and manage a team to deal with inbound/outbound calls whilst solving any customer issues whilst providing brilliant customer service.

The succesful person will be working with the directors to help recruit and start a team of approximately 6 to work below the contact centre manager.

Responsibilities include;

• Answering a large number of inbound calls in a timely manner

• Following "scripts" when handling different topics

• Keeping records of all conversation in the database

• Identifying the customers needs and provide solutions or alternatives

• Responding to customer emails

• Entering new customer information into the system

• Managing and resolving customer complaints Requirements

• Previous experience working in a call centre

• Strong communication skills, especially listening

• Good data entry and typing skills

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday-Friday
