Premier Recruitment Solutions are currently working with one of thefasted growing Healthcare companies in the UK who are currently recruiting fortwo Customer Service Coordinators to join their team within their Exeteroffices. The main responsibilities will be to assist with the day-to-daycustomer service, order processing and general administration.

Our client's business model involves delivering outsourced NHS andLocal Authority Contracts within Community Equipment Services, WheelchairServices, Home Improvement Agency Service and Assistive Technology.

The Role

?? Assist and manage incoming calls into the centrefrom service users, family, healthcare professionals and colleagues

?? Coordinating of orders to be delivered,collected and fitted by our Technicians

?? Scheduling appointments and chasing oforder/suppliers

?? General administration including processing highvolumes of paperwork/documentation

?? Updating and maintaining company system andnecessary spreadsheets

Person Specification

?? Strong customer service experience within asimilar busy and fast paced office environment

?? Telephone based customer service experiencewould be beneficial however full training will be provided

?? Good administration skills

?? Professional and confident manner via allcommunication channels

?? Competent IT skills and ability to learn newsystems

?? Able to multitask with a good eye for detail

?? Team player and ability to work independently
