Staff 365 are looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst to work for a Manufacturing client in Barnsley

Location: Barnsley
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
Salary; 20 to 22k
Contract: Permanent
Taking calls from internal stakeholders in a professional manor with massive focus on customer service
Capturing and logging key detail in the IT helpdesk software.
Where possible and appropriate resolving issues immediately over the phone and face to face
Visit various departments and 1 other site to deal with issues and working across 2 sites
Working through open tickets on the IT helpdesk
Escalating problems to senior colleagues when resolution is proving difficultTechnologies & Experiences:
Windows 7, 8 and 10
Windows Server 2008, & 2016 Microsoft Office 07, 13, 16 & O365
Citrix VDI & VPN Cisco VPN
Remote User Support Network Troubleshooting
Networking Patching
PC Imaging
