My client who is based in the Cannock area are looking to recruit a person with exceptional customer service skills for a fixed term contract. This may lead to a permanent position.
The role:
Setting up of connectivity type agreements in various applications and systems.
Registration of customer assets in to various applications and services
Support customers enquires including pricing for products, through to system familiarisation, agreement expiry, subscription and renewal.
Directly manages renewals, and upgrades to higher subscription levels.
You must be:
* Customer Focused: Ability to listen to customers' needs and requirements and provide a service /solution that meets or exceeds the customers expectations. Ability to build a strong rapport that supports future interactions.
* Cultivates Innovation: Paying attention to what customers want and need - new and improved products, services, solutions, and experiences. Taking initiative and collaborating with people who have diverse points of view.
* Commercial Mindset: Understanding the business and paying attention to business problems (complex and less complex) from all angles. Applying knowledge of the business and marketplace to negotiate and structure interaction. Not only understanding key financial and commercial fundamentals, but more importantly how to incorporate a commercial thinking mindset into every major decision made

Good communication and presentation skills
Dedication to customer service
Independent problem-solving and analytical skills
Good computer literacy
Education and Experience
Customer centric role in contact centres or customer facing. Ideally previous experience in Sales and/or service position within Technology environment
