Our client have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join them on an apprenticeship, with an immediate start where possible. Your will provide a high level of administrative support which contributes to the Governance team delivering an efficient and effective service to the wider organisation.   

Main job responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for the Governance and Compliance Team for routine enquiries
Maintain Governance and Compliance Systems
Ensure accurate file management and reporting using our clients IT systems and databases
Work in accordance with their policies and procedures
Actively promote and demonstrate our clients values

Our client are looking for:

A grade 4 or above in Maths and English (Level 2 / GCSE grade C or above, or equivalent)
A commitment to undertaking a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration
A positive attitude that demonstrates you are self-motivating and accountable.
Good IT skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office applications and confidently input, interpret and analyse data adhering to deadlines and targets.
The ability to use your own initiative, managing your own time and priorities.
