Part-time | Permanent | £15,151-£21,749 P/A (pro rata of £23,231-£33,349)
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the ESOL team for a part-time lecturing post. We are looking for enthusiastic, innovative, supportive and flexible people who are committed to team-work and making a difference to the lives and careers of language learners of all ages and from a wide variety of cultures.
Candidates will be qualified English as a second language teachers, and have significant experience of delivering the ESOL Adult Core curriculum from pre-entry level to Level 2 to adult and 16-19 year-old learners, ideally in the FE sector. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills are essential, together with a collaborative approach to teaching and learning. Additional experience of teaching Functional Skills ICT and Mathematics, Personal and Social Development and Employability courses at entry levels would be a bonus.
You will join a small, highly experienced and dedicated team, teaching English to learners from a wide range of social and cultural backgrounds.

Teamwork, sharing good practice, attention to detail and administration of data are all important aspects of the role and skills in these areas are essential in the successful candidate.
There will be a requirement to work two evening each week.
