Night Support Workers (Children's Homes)

Do you want to make a real different to the lives of the children we support?

We support children aged between 3 and 18 years old who have complex learning and physical disabilities across. You will be working across our 4 bed residential homes, all based on one site (no travel is required).

These Night Support Worker roles will involve providing night time care and support for our children including personal care needs, mobility, daily routine support, communication and independent living skills.

The details

• This is a waking night service from 9.45pm – 7.45am

• Must hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Workforce/Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

• We have full time positions with 4 nights per week available and also a part time position of 3 nights per week

• Flexibility over 7 nights is required, and these positions work one weekend on then one weekend off

About you…

Successful candidates will be confident, eager to learn, reliable and dedicated to supporting our children and young people. Experience is desirable for these roles but full training is provided (as well as ongoing training and development throughout your employment).

As part of our safer recruitment policy, successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check (no cost) and full references will be taken.
