Do you want to make a real different to the lives of children and young people?
If so, we want to hear from you!
We support children and young people aged between 3 and 25 years old who have complex learning and physical disabilities.
We have 17 residential homes all based on one site (no travel is required) and we are currently recruiting a number of support workers to join our Children’s Service, Children’s (Short Breaks) Service and also our Young People’s Service.
These roles will involve providing daily care and support for our children and young people including: personal care needs, mobility, daily routine support, learning, leisure activities and promoting communication and independence skills.
Successful candidates will be fun, energetic, eager to learn, reliable and dedicated to supporting our children and young people. Experience isn’t essential for these roles as full training is provided (as well as ongoing training and development throughout your employment).
As part of our safer recruitment policy, successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check (no cost) and full references will be taken.
We value our employees and recognise the need to recruit, retain and develop highly skilled and committed talent who share our vision and values!
We value diversity and are committed to equal opportunities. Disabled candidates who meet the minimum criteria on the person specification will be guaranteed an interview.
This charity is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults
