My client is a leading global audio visual systems integrator and are currently actively recruiting for an internal sales support professional to assist with operational support to their customers as well as owning the internal sales process, ensuring that projects are delivered within agreed timescales.
Sales Support Activities:
* Raise purchase orders
* Manage job packs
* Obtain POD's and invoices from suppliers
* Assist Sales in creating small ad hoc quotes
* Email monitoring and OOO cover for Sales
* FOH Phone answering
* Pipedrive quote and forecast management for Sales
* Loan unit management
* IMS and Quality Policy awareness and development
* Engineering resource planning cover
* Van stock management
Critical Success Factors:
* Achieving High levels of customer satisfaction
* Demonstrations of ownership of problems
* Delivering projects within agreed timescales
* Comply with departmental process and procedures
Personal Skills Required:
* Strong customer service and support focus with a desire to deliver a high-quality service
* Good interpersonal and communications skills
* Self-motivated with the ability take ownership and responsibility
