Role: Business Development/ Sales Manager (Saas)

Salary: GBP45k- GBP55k + commission with OTE of approx GBP100K

Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (4:30pm on Friday)

Based in Derby or home based depending on location

Our client are an international company who have been trading for over 30 years+ who provide an extensive range of products, services and solutions.

The role:

This role could be office or home working based depending on location. We are looking to hire an ambitious Business Development Sales Manager to join their successful sales team.

This role is focussed on new business development selling a SaaS product. The role will involve managing a team of remote based business development sales people while also personally conducting direct selling activities.

Responsibilities:

* Training, coaching, motivating and supporting salespeople

* Sourcing and developing new business opportunities

* Developing and managing relationships at c-level

* Delivering client presentations

* Development and execution of sales strategies

* Achieving a volume and revenue-based sales target

The successful candidate:

Essential requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years demonstrable successful SaaS solutions sales experience, ideally including selling Into the NHS / Private Health Sector Industry

* Minimum of 2 years' experience In Sales Management

Personal attributes:

* Ideally from a technology background / technically confident using MS Office suite, including Dynamics

* Dynamic and tenacious capable of generating personal sale opportunities

* Organised, efficient and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously

* Commercially aware, confident, self-motivated and target driven

* An exceptional communicator with outstanding presentation skills (remote via video conferencing and face to face)

* Excellent verbal and written skills

* Strong negotiation skills

* A strong and hardworking team player with the gravitas to engage, influence and sell at C-level

* Energetic and self-motivated
