The Company:
* Our client is a very successful Licensed Textiles supplier working with all the major retailers in the UK and Europe; the company are based in the North West area. They are looking to recruit a successful National Account Manager to join their busy team providing a key management link between the Sales Managers, Sales Support Team, B2B team and the Sales Director.
Job Role
* Working within a busy sales team selling to UK Retailer customer accounts.
* Responsibility for a portfolio of high profile retail partners and national accounts.
* Daily account management responsibilities, covering all aspects of sales of the company's portfolio of products.
* Responsibility for meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the Sales Director.
* Frequent travel to customer's offices as when suitable.
* Working closely with creative and product teams to meet possible bespoke needs of customers.
* Working closely with marketing and design team to create proposal pitches for customers.
Skills Required
* Previous experience and proven track record of managing large Retail Customer Accounts
* Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Strong Negotiation Skills
* Excellent written skills
* Excellent understanding of retail.
* Understanding of sales volumes and inventory planning.
* Have an excellent understanding of retail marketing opportunities.
