Energy Sales Consultant
Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5pm
Location: Leicester City Centre, LE1
Regional Recruitment Services are working alongside a well-established and rapidly growing Energy brokerage business based in Leicester City centre who are looking to expand and build their successful Energy Sales team with additional experienced consultants who have a proven track-record in B2B selling within the Energy industry.
Energy Sales Consultant - The Candidate:
* MUST have at least 1 years' experience within Energy Sales - Essential
* Strong B2B Sales experience - MUST be confident, enthusiastic, resilient and tenacious with a desire to succeed
* You will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, a polite and professional telephone manner along with rapport building skills
* You will possess a positive attitude, have the ability to work well individually as well as part of a team and able to work well under pressure
Energy Sales Consultant - The Role:
* Making a high level of outbound calls to potential prospective business clients/customers on a daily basis to arrange gas and electricity supply contracts
* Utilising your strong B2B Sales experience you will contact, engage and build rapport with clients - understanding their needs for purpose of offering the best possible solution
* You will be responsible for managing your own workload for the purpose of meeting and exceeding your monthly targets/KPI's
* You will convert leads, develop and account manage your client portfolio
Energy Sales Consultant - Additional Information / The Package
* Basic salary of GBP20k - GBP23k per annum (depending on experience) + 20% commission of value generated / extra 10% commission for exceeding higher target / Extra 10% commission available for Energy Sales Consultant's own client portfolio - Potential of up to 40% commission!
* Realistic OTE of GBP35k - GBP50k within your first year!
* Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5pm
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays. Additional holiday can be won!
