You will be working as part of a team of other Nurses and Carers who are passionate about delivering a high standard of care to elderly residents, residents with dementia, physical disabilities, and terminal illnesses.
The role will involve delivering excellent standards of care as well promoting independence and dignity to positively enhance
The ideal candidate will also be able to communicate professionally and warmly with visitors including family, friends, and other external stakeholders.
