* Independently control and create awesome marketing strategies through stunning front end development coupled with functional back-end systems

* Working alongside our in-house design team to execute the development of web platforms
* Deliver project roadmaps integrating to the clients wider marketing strategy
* Have the opportunity to lead innovation on new ideas, techniques and methodology
* Support our agency partners for 'white label' projects
Lead Website Developer requirements:
* Experience in developing bespoke, responsive and search engine friendly websites in an agency environment
* Experienced in design and development within platforms WordPress and Magento
* Demonstrate strong skills in HTML5, CSS, Java Script, jQuery, MySql and other web technologies
* Digital design experience preferable but not essential
* Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment and demonstrate good critical thinking abilities
* An understanding of branding, marketing and UX
* Portfolio of brochure website with experience of more technical development projects
* Working knowledge of server-side hosting and email management
