Strategy Manager
An exciting new role within Westgate, this is an opportunity to really help drive our business forwards. Leading a team involving senior board members, you will present viable strategic growth plans to the board. Once ratified you will coordinate and drive the change into the main business, in cooperation with the GM, within an agreed timeframe.

You will need:
* Excellent people management/listening skills at all levels of management
* Ability to drive forward change, extending to all levels of a business
* Broad technical engineering & process understanding, and their relationship to customer requirements
* Sharp strategic commercial focus
* Able to accept and adopt steer & direction from the board
* Able to lead a strategic team
* Strong project management skills
* Understanding of legislative elements

Qualifications and Experience
• Graduate with understanding of strategy and demonstrable working experience within a similar business environment.
• Experience of engaging and working with Executives, Boards and stakeholders.
• Demonstration of excellent communication and leadership skills.
