Start 2021 with a new job
If you can make a difference to others by providing excellent customer service then we want to hear from you.
Why? Because we are building a team of like minded customer service professionals to enable one of our biggest clients in Scotland to serve their customers better.
What's on offer?
First and foremost, job security. If you make an impact then within a few months you could be earning yourself permanent contract.
Oodles of job satisfaction. This company love to support their customers. They value their business and so they want to treat them well. If you share their mind-set then you'll do really well here and be rewarded for it too.
World-class training. 7 weeks to be precise, which will ensure you know everything that there is about their products and services and can consider yourself to be an expert.
About you
You'll be hard-working and not phased by the high volumes of inbound calls you'll take each day. Yes it's busy, but it makes the day fly by and if you're that way inclined, you'll get a real kick out of helping so many people.
And that's what we're looking for here. You'll be providing people with the support to use products and services and even software, so you'll need to be patient and easy to understand so that people have their queries resolved and are happy with the service. Being able to empathise and build rapport is key.
What to expect
You'll work a 37.5 hour week and need to be able to work shifts between 8am and 8pm on weekdays with the occasional weekend shift between 8am and 6pm.
The 7 week training programme runs from Monday to Friday between 8.30am - 5.30pm. You will need to be available for every session over that time to ensure you complete the course.
Credit checks and disclosure checks are part of the recruitment process so you'll need to be confident you'll have no issue there.
What next
Apply today. We're moving quickly with these jobs as we're working towards start dates in January. We look forward to hearing from you.
Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
