We are a market leading In Vitro Diagnostics company and are currently looking for an experienced Product Support Team Lead to join our team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

As our new Product Support Team Leader, your role will be to oversee the Product Support Team who are primarily engaged in complaint management and post market surveillance.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for the Product Support Team Lead to have a strong background in diagnostics and extensive experience of customer complaint management, post market surveillance and adverse event handling and reporting.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Training:
*Strong background in diagnostic devices
*Experience of Customer Complaint Management
*Experience of Adverse Event Handling and Reporting
*Experience of Post Market Surveillance
*Leadership skills/experience
*BSc or equivalent experience in a Quality Assurance related field
