Senior Finance Business Partner

Circa £45,000 per annum
Full Time, Permanent (37 hours per week)

We have a new and exciting Senior Finance Business Partner role, where you will partner with Heads of Services and Senior Managers in your area to provide commercial insight and technical financial skills.
We are looking for someone who owns their work and thrives in delivering results.
You will be able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and you will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
In addition, you will have a good standard of general education and hold a professional accounting qualification (E.g. Certified or Chartered Accountant). You will have previously worked in a business partner role, be commercially aware with an ability to solve problems, think strategically and drive change.
Ideally, you will have some experience of working in the Social Housing Sector, however, this is not essential.
Key responsibilities will include:
Advising, guiding and influencing business managers on the management of financial challenges and opportunities
Undertaking financial modelling, scenario planning, business case preparation to support effective decision making and improving business performance.
Leading on the forecasting and budgeting process for the Organisation and inputting into the longer-term business planning process
Developing system reports and management information to enable managers to make robust, informed decisions
Preparing and utilising benchmarking data to drive efficiencies and understand business drivers
