Branch Manager

We have an opportunity for a Branch Manager from a construction recruitment background to lead our Bristol based team. This is an exciting opportunity to assist in the further development of a busy branch.

This will be a hands on role and it is vital that you are prepared to both manage the team and be responsible for a percentage of sales.

The Bristol office covers all the construction sectors including Residential, Building, Civil and Mechanical & Electrical on a trades and freelance basis and specific knowledge of this sector is essential.

Key responsibilities:

* Assisting the Operations Director with the further development of the existing team.

* Agreeing weekly and monthly branch targets and ensuring they are achieved.

* Assisting the Operations Director to set yearly budgets.

* To ensure the team meet their specific deadlines as per our working week.

* To assist the Operations Director in ensuring the sales team maintain their focus and achieve their KPI's

* Adhering to Branch KPI targets to maximise growth potential.

* Leading and negotiating business contracts to close deals.

* Assist with the development of the client databases.

* Attend head office meetings with the sales team

* Seek out PSL opportunities to enhance the sales opportunities.

* Manage the support team to attract and evaluate suitable candidates through competency based interview techniques and professional reference checking.

* Additionally ensure the support team is efficient in all business correspondence, CV preparation, mail and e shot marketing.

The person:

* Background in Construction Recruitment management as a Team Leader or Branch Manager.

* Strong communicator with a confident manner.

* I.T. literate.

* Be able to lead from the front.

* Car owner (expenses will be paid and a competitive car allowance is payable).

* Living within commutable distance of Bristol.
