Systems Training Specialist

As such we have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Trainer to join Gattaca's Learning and Development Team to facilitate remote, bite sized training sessions on Gattaca's systems.

As Gattaca's Systems Trainer you will design and deliver training for several business-critical systems to internal employees, acting as a centre of knowledge regarding the systems and collaborating with the programme team when required.
Specifically, you will be responsible for training over 400 users on Gattaca's new CRM, Bullhorn. Knowledge of the recruitment CRM Bullhorn is desirable but not essential as you will be provided full training.
You will build and maintain the Questions and Answers library and evaluate the quality, impact and overall effectiveness of the training to support continuous improvement.
Successful applicants will have proven experience within a technology training role and familiarity with all aspects of the training life cycle with experience in delivering remote and bespoke applications training. As well as a good understanding of Microsoft systems and excellent general IT competence.
This is a remote role, and all delivery will take place over Microsoft Teams so you will need to be self-motivated and highly enthusiastic with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Often, you will be required to articulate and communicate complex technology concepts effectively.
