Social Worker - Assessment and Response Team

Bristol, up to GBP28 per hour umbrella company
Bristol City Council are seeking a Social Worker to join their Assessment & Response Team based at Temple Street. Interviews will take place via Zoom. Pay rate: GBP28ph Ltd
The "ART" team provide the initial, immediate responses that are received into the council, mostly by telephone. The SW in question would be required to have immediate support conversations, provide care act assessments, risk assess and provide support. Support plan creation and triage work on the incoming email contact will be part of this role.
To apply for this role you will need to hold a social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England. You will need to be an experienced social worker ideally with knowledge of the LASS system. Ability to prioritise and manage risk at a fast pace is essential. You will need to be a car driver with access to your own transport. The team are currently working a mix of from the office and from home, therefore candidates submitted must be prepared to go into the office to work. Face to Face visits are taking place within the community where deemed appropriate to do so. Relevant PPE will be provided.
