We have an amazing opportunity for a Programme Manager, to work for one of the country's leading training providers. You will need to have experience of working within Higher Education (University Level) or from lifelong learning across schools or colleges to residential, or criminal justice and youth offending roles, at management level or above. You must have extensive experience working within the community field, be comfortable managing a team or service, and confident working with external professionals at all levels when effectively delivering on a wide range of outcomes.
Your role & responsibilities will be to manage and grow an outstanding team of tutors delivering the Children Young Peoples Families Practitioner Level 4 Apprenticeship, alongside our University partner of choice. You will manage the full relationship with our university partner attending meetings while overseeing the delivery model. Knowledge & experience of Apprenticeship delivery would be a huge advantage.

Requirements
* PGCE or Equivalent
* Assessor Award TAQA, A1, D32/33 or equivalent
* Teaching Qualification PTLLS or equivalent
* Level 5 Qualification or above in Residential Childcare/Social Work/Health visitor/Children's Centre Management or equivalent
* Occupational experience within the Childcare & Social community
* Knowledge & experience of working within Higher Education is a must
