Job Description
Cubed Resourcing are working with a warehousing and logistics company based in Keighley to recruit a Customer Service Assistant to join their growing team. The business is experiencing an exciting period of growth.
The duties of the Customer Service Assistant include, but are not limited to:
Operating the Order Management system to prepare orders accurately and efficiently
Managing the required work-load, ensuring the prompt and accurate completion of orders to ensure Customer requirements and lead times are met
Using the Customer Service system to respond to and manage Customer enquiries appropriately and efficiently
Communicating politely and professionally with Customers in person, on the phone, via email and other systems
Liaising with transport providers and other third parties to ensure the best service possible for customers
Ensuring the customer receives outstanding service The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role within a warehousing, logistics or fulfilment environment. You'll be tech savvy and ideally have experience of using warehouse management systems or similar, plus an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office. You'll be hard working, flexible to meet the demands of the business and an excellent communicator.
This is a temp to perm position working on a day shift 8:30am- 5:30pm Mon - Fri
