Japanese Speaking Quality Evaluation Analyst
Basic salary GBP18,666- increasing to GBP19,803 after successful completion of 6 months services

Full-Time Permanent/ Starting on the 17th February 2021
Kerr Recruitment is operating on behalf of our client, an international quality call analyst's organisation. Our client is looking for a Japanese speaking Quality Evaluation Analysts to join their team in Exeter.
Initial training and onboarding to be completed from home during the first few weeks, due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. Once the pandemic has been well controlled and social distancing measure relaxed, returning to the office based in Exeter.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
Responsibilities:
Analysing content of interaction between Customers and Client Contact Centres by evaluating the content of telephone calls and written communication in the required language
Providing feedback on policies and appropriate procedures used to enable clients to deliver outstanding customer service
Providing accurate and actionable feedback in clients' service delivery and quality, according to the specifications
Ensuring the evaluations are completed in a timely manner
Attending training to support your role and achieve required standards of competence
Complying with all policies and procedures
Supporting the Team Leader and carry out other general duties
The ideal candidate will:
Fluent in Japanese and English
Interest in technology and ability to understand and resolve technical issues
Ability to utilise efficiently current word processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail and internet software
Be able to work within a high-pressure environment
Good communication skills
