They need someone who isn't just a whizz with a to-do list, but can organise meetings, appointments, diaries and documentation, alongside being front and centre for any wonderful customers that call into the office! You need to feel confident speaking to people, have a warm manner about yourself and can instantly make people feel comfortable and taken care of when they speak to you on the phone.

As an Office Administrator, your skills and experience must include;

* Experience working in an environment that requires you to be organised with both your work and time management - organised & methodical with an ability to problem solve and prioritise is what's needed

* Excellent people skills and fantastic written & verbal communication with a variety of people

* Confidence on the phone, able to take notes & relay messages accurately, and also able to make people feel welcome in person as well

* Proactivity & ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously

* Dedication to providing exceptional customer service

* Incredible attention to detail!

* A strong work ethic with a 'can do' mindset, someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a team and enjoy getting stuck in!

As an Office Administrator, your duties will include;

* Responsibility for all office systems, general office admin and keeping everything in the office nicely organised

* Regularly communicating with customers, whether that be over the phone, via email or in person. Keeping them up to date on any progression and gathering documentation needed for completion

* Being the first point of call by answering the phone, updating property file notes & taking messages

* Dealing with all administration duties for both buyers and sellers

* Qualifying all offers & handling ID when required

* Helping to list the properties & making sure all the admin is done
