We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join the college in the role of a Senior AD Analyst and Software Technician to join our ICT team based at our Hull campus.

Within the role you will provide lead support on Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Desktop O/S, Powershell automation scripting and all associated College software. Assisting in the management and maintenance of the Hull College Group ICT PC and Network infrastructure, you will ensure that support and services are available to clients whenever needed – subject to service level agreements.

Acting as a point of contact for all internal and external ICT Service support customer enquiries, including out of hours support, you will assist in the development, management and technical support of Office 365 whilst implementing industry best practise design of directory and account security where permitting.

The successful candidate will be technically qualified in ICT Network and desktop support, or will have substantial recent relevant experience. With expert knowledge of Microsoft AD and Exchange and Powershell you will have the ability to support Windows operating systems and applications.

A good knowledge of Computing hardware, software and other digital equipment is needed, as are excellent communication skills. With the ability to work as part of a corporate team, you will be able to work to tight deadlines and will have a level of flexibility with your working hours.
