A day in the life of...
* Generating and Issuing documentation Including offer paperwork, amendment to contract letters, termination letters etc.
* Maintaining HRIS and electronic personnel files
* Managing the People Team email Inbox
* Co-ordinating inductions for new starters
* Undertaking pre-employment checks including right to work and reference checks
* Auditing of personnel files
* Updating internal spreadsheets
* Assisting with ad-hoc HR projects alongside the People Generalist & People Partner
How you will help us to make Zzoomm awesome???.
You will be the cog in the wheel that keeps our well-oiled People Support team functioning. Without you, the team will not be able to function efficiently. You will be a key part of the Zzoomm team, working with the People Team , operational and senior leaders and of course all our Zzoommers to coordinate recruitment of new hires, making sure everyone has all they need to join and importantly get paid on time.
You are super sociable, highly organised and our teams will see you as the glue that holds everything together! Always going the extra mile to make things work.

Experience you will need...
* CIPD Level 3 is desirable but not essential
* Experience handling confidential information to a high standard
* Strong administration skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of accuracy, good eye for detail
* Experience of using the HRIS People HR would be advantageous
