The Role
Experienced Building Control Surveyor / Project Manager - Working closely with Developers and Builders to ensure the construction / conversion of Commercial and Residential buildings is done in accordance with Building Regulations. - You will be the point of contact for the Client, liaising with both them and the wider Design Team throughout the process.
- You will act as the Project Manager to complete Reports, Plan Checks and coordinate Site Inspections as required across a range of buildings in the area.

Experience Required
- Ideally a full Member (or working towards) of a professional institution: RICS / CIOB / CABE etc.
- 5+ years Building Control Surveying of Commercial buildings - Hotels, Hospitals, Offices, Retail, Leisure etc or Multi-storey Residential developments. - In depth and current technical knowledge of Building Regulations and Construction Standards. - Ability to undertake Site Inspections to assess both quality and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of and ability to Plan Check
