2nd Line Analyst - IT Services Company - Nottingham

We have an urgent requirement for a 2nd line analyst to join an IT services company to help support a growing team in Nottingham. You will be responsible as a point of escalation for incidents and expected to solve these in line with the service level agreements.

The role will require someone who has a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Microsoft environment identifying and resolving underlying issues as well as proactively resolving requests and incidents as they are raised.

Key skills & experience

  • Provide technical user support for: Microsoft Active Directory, network infrastructure, Apple, Citrix, printer management.
  • CCNA Certified
  • Monitor support queues and support all issues and questions, providing answers, advice, and support in a professional and timely manor
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Previous experience of customer service/helpdesk role (ideally within the educational industry)
  • Prioritising and balancing calls/requests
  • Wide knowledge in up to date technical skills

Desirable skills & experience

  • ITIL Foundation V3 or experience of
  • Working within an ITSM structure
  • Other key tech certifications (Apple, Citrix, Printer management)
