We are now looking for a proactive & flexible individual with good interpersonal based skills to join our team. The role will involve a great deal of call handling based work so a professional telephone manner is required. You will also be required to perform general reception duties which will include greeting visitors, dealing with deliveries etc.

In an administrative capacity you will assist in supporting the sales teams with the production of CV's to a very high standard of speed and accuracy, as well as the creation of letters, reports etc. using MS Office.

General office duties are also a part of the role such as filing, processing incoming/outgoing mail etc. as well as on occasion some data input using our in-house database.
Full training will be given where required.

Minimum requirements:-
At least one year experience of working in an office environment
A typing or Word Processing qualification / NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or equivalent
Experience of MS Office - Word and Excel
Excellent telephone / communication skills
