Delivering person-centred care to service users in line with their care plans.
Supporting service users with personal care tasks, clinical needs and social activities.
Assisting the nurses and other members of the team of health and social care workers.
To apply for this Support Worker job, you will need a minimum of three months of support worker experience in a similar role. You should ideally hold a valid Moving and Handling certificate. However, we can support you with this during your induction period. You will need to be SSSC registered or be able to commit to registering when you join our team.
You will need a smart device with internet access to pick up shifts and submit timesheets via our app, HealthForceGo??. Access to your own vehicle is desirable too, but not required.
