Main Duties:
To provide customer service and technical support relating to the company's solutions
The Role:
- To manage a portfolio of clients across the world
- To provide expert consultation on their solutions
- To promptly respond to emails and phone calls
- To identify troubleshooting problems
- To resolve network and connectivity issues
- To follow up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
- To conduct technical training to help clients to use the platform
The Candidate:
- Fluent in German (to mother tongue standard)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience with Technical Platform
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing
- Excellent problem solving skills with attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work and manage multiple cases at one time
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook???)
