A leading national care group is currently looking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to support the clinical and operational management of a number of residential homes throughout the South West.

The homes cater to adults living with mental health conditions and learning disabilities, ensuring service users lead a varied and active lifestyle and achieve their full potential.

What the successful candidate will receive and details of this Peripatetic/Regional Manager position:

* A permanent contract to work full-time days, with frequent travel required to work in homes throughout the South-West region, with some overnight stays required

* A fantastic annual salary of GBP50,000 to GBP55,000 depending on experience

* A car allowance of GBP4,200

As Peripatetic Manager, you will provide operational management support to the management teams in your remit and will lead sites that are currently without a Registered Manager. You will support the homes in achieving and maintaining full regulatory compliance and will support with audits and compliance.

What we are looking for in a Peripatetic Manager:

* An experienced Registered Manager, with proven experience managing mental health and learning disability services and ideally with multi-site management experience

* Either Nurse-qualified as an RGN, RMN or RNLD, or have completed a recognised management qualification such as Diploma Level 5, The Registered Managers' Award or an equivalent

* Demonstrate excellent understanding of CQC essential standards, quality requirements and best practices of care

* Dynamic, motivated and flexible to meet service needs

* A strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* A driver and flexible to travel to sites throughout the South-West
