Doncaster, Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm, GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 per annum DOE
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Warehouse, ensuring tight deadlines are met and customer satisfaction is kept to a maximum
Ensuring all staff are following strict company policies and procedures including Health & Safety
Delivering daily staff briefings and delegating tasks accordingly
Conducting staff appraisals, performance reviews and disciplinary meetings where necessary
Mentoring, developing, and training team members
Adopt a hands on approach and lead by example
Experience, attributes & skills sought:
Proven track record of managing a team successfully in a Warehouse environment
Sound knowledge of Health & Safety practices
Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
Previous experience of conducting daily briefings and performance reviews
Ability to implement improvement strategies and drive KPI's
Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment and motivate the team to hit targetsClosing date is 24/12/2020
