Reporting to the Vice Principal – Quality and People, you will support the strategic management and delivery of the College's People and Equality and Diversity (E&D) strategies and manage the HR function ensuring they provide an effective, efficient and user focused service. As an active and effective member of the College's management team, you must make a positive contribution to the management of the College and provide expert and specialist HR advice to the Vice Principal and Executive Team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated individual with a CIPD qualification at level 7. They must have a proven record of delivering results whilst working in a HR environment, under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Able to develop and maintain user focused HR processes and systems and manage HR casework (including obtaining legal support), you must have an understanding of the best approaches to be adopted in effectively organising, developing and motivating staff in an ever-changing work environment and the ability to inspire, influence and persuade others and to negotiate to get results.
