Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established national heating contractor specialising within the local authority sector.
They require a self-employed heating engineer to carry out landlord gas safety records for a local housing association.
Contract details below:
Work Type: Servicing (Landlord CP12's)
Location: South Midlands - CV postcodes
Working days: Monday to Friday 5 days per week
Contract Length: Ongoing
Rates: GBP20.00 per completed property (12-14 appointments per day average of 10 completed jobs)
Payment Terms: Weekly one week in hand
Requirements:
- Experience servicing boilers and gas appliances
- ACS qualifications incl. CCN1, CKR1, HTR1 and CENWAT or CEN1 and WAT1
- Gas Safe Registration
- Van
- Calibrated flue gas analyser
- GBP2m Public Liability Insurance
