Business Support focused around OPex , BME / SG&A and OCNIS/OIE costs.??? Planning, full ownership of the headcount and SG&A build for their markets driving all discussions and alignments with local BUF??? BP and forecast cycle bridge development and analysis??? Budget analysis to balance BME and SG&A options with BUF and to highlight opportunities across these areas.??? Build balance sheet submissions??? Actuals, Commercial Functional area quarterly reviews of actuals with BUF??? Submit quarterly latest thinking for Non Sales P&L Lines??? Full year projections to identify R&O and how balance these across BME and Sg&A lines in the P&L??? Manage BME spend Trackers to identify spend against IO's and projects and commitments??? Ad-hoc analysis request/support from BUF??? Headcount reporting and variance analysis, impact to BVA v plans??? CoE Activities??? Planning: Maintain Market offline plan files for consolidation prior to loads to TM1??? Load P&L plans to TM1 and reconcile??? Load 1 MRC to Bravo for plan cycles (rest loaded by GS)??? Actuals: Support month end offline consolidation files for their markets??? Manual adjustments and reconciliation of TM1 data
