We are currently recruiting for a newly created position of Commercial Process Manager. You will be regularly travelling between sites based in Barnsley, Stoke on Trent and Huthwaite. This role focuses on strategic partnering with senior Sales, Operations, and Marketing leadership to strengthen our selling system to expand our reach to become more connected with our customers and deliver on our brand promise. This role will oversee the development and implementation of strategic initiatives including CRM Design, processes and procedures that promote continuous sales improvement guaranteed to exceed customer and stakeholder expectations across all sales channels.

Commercial Process Manager Overview
Working on establishing standard business processes, operating procedures, policies, reports, metrics, and tools across the commercial businesses. Collaborating with senior leaders to ensure measurement, evaluation, and accountability in adherence to the established processes and procedures in place. Detecting sales effectiveness improvements and opportunities by continuously and pro-actively identifying and sharing best practices (internally and externally) that drive sales performance.
You will be responsible for the entire end to end process of sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting within the UK sales organisation, establishing high levels of quality and accuracy in predicting future revenue performance. Designing processes to monitor, measure and analyse regional results on a consistent basis. Continuously seeking opportunities to build new tools and processes to enhance analytic and business insights. Providing analytical support and advice to improve strategies, coverage models and sales team configurations to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency.
About you!
?? Business/ commercial degree preferred
?? Strong, proven experience in sales and/ or sales leadership within a business to business environment
?? Demonstrated proficiency managing analytically rigorous initiatives
?? Specialties to include (but not limited to): Account Management, budgeting, business plans, contract management, CRM, customer relations, market planning, needs analysis, new business development, presentation skills, profit, proposal writing, strategic planning
